Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Neighbour Nosh. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure.

Food safety

Donors agree to share only food that is safe and accurately described, and to follow local food-handling guidance. Receivers accept food at their own discretion. Neighbour Nosh facilitates connections but is not a party to any individual exchange.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the network — including listing prohibited items, harassing other members, or attempting to resell donated food. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Neighbour Nosh is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety, or condition of food shared between users. Members exchange food at their own risk.
